I was checking out the league tables by category page this evening while watching Skins on SBS, and worked out what makes for a good fantasy week.
These figures are based on A Liga (12 teams) , so for Serious B (10 teams) managers I imagine you would need to bump these up by a fraction given there are fewer teams and therefore better squads in general. They are also based only on the first four rounds, so bear in mind scoring rates change over the course of the season.
The first column represents the average for that statistic accrued per weekend for the mid-table team in that category. The second column is the average for that statistic accrued per weekend for the top team. As an example, getting 2 clean sheets per weekend will ensure you're in the top half of the clean sheet table at the end of the season. You wouldn't want to get much less than the first column each weekend or else you may find yourself fading fast.
For GK/Def...
CS 1.5 2.5
G/A 0.5 1.0
Def 60 70
Min 450 510
Pts 9 12
For MF/FOR...
G 1.25 2.5
A 1.25 1.5
SP 160 250
Min 500 650
Pts 13 16
Based on the above it's pretty clear, for example, that you'll need each of your six defenders/GKs getting on average 10 defence points per match just to stay mid-table. Similarly, if you can get 6 of your 8 MF/FORs playing 90 minutes every week (or close to it), you'll be laughing in the minutes category.
